It should be understood that the lists do not represent a recommendation or endorsement, nor does it reflect thorough research into the background and experience of the teachers, technicians, or camps by Howard County Parents for School Music. Those tasks are left up to the parents and/or guardians of the student. These lists are meant to be a resource for the young musicians in Howard County.
